Al-Jawf.. A prominent Houthi supervisor was killed in an ambush in retaliation for the killing of a member of the Dahm tribe

In new security developments taking place in Al-Jawf Governorate, reliable local sources reported that the prominent Houthi supervisor “Abu Al-Sadiq” and his companion were killed in an elaborate ambush set up by tribal gunmen who targeted his staff in the Al-Yatma market in the “Khub Washaaf” district.
The sources stated that the ambush occurred in response to the killing of a member of the “Dahm” tribe several weeks ago at the hands of “Abu Al-Sadiq” and his companions, in a crime that sparked widespread anger among the tribe.
The sources indicated that the tribal militants were able to directly target Abu Al-Sadiq’s crew, killing him and his companion instantly.
This incident comes in light of the escalation of tension between the Houthis and local tribes in Al-Jawf Governorate, as the region witnesses intermittent confrontations between the two parties.
