Protests in Lahj denounced the deterioration of services and the collapse of the currency

Popular protests started in the city of Al -Houta in Lahj Governorate, today, Thursday, to condemn the deterioration of the service conditions, foremost of which is the electricity crisis and the collapse of the local currency.
The demonstrators cut the public road, which led to the disruption of traffic, and they demanded the local authorities and the government to intervene immediately to improve basic services, confront the collapse of the currency and provide electricity, water and health.
A popular anger erupted, due to the difficult economic conditions and the ongoing collapse of the local currency, amid warnings of the exacerbation of the crisis in the event that effective solutions are not adopted for the crisis.
