Israel is considering amending its policy towards the Houthis in Yemen

The Jerusalem Post reported today, Sunday, that Israel is considering amending its policy towards Yemen.
The newspaper quoted an Israeli source as saying that Tel Aviv is considering amending its policy towards Yemen with the aim of direct response to the attacks carried out by the Houthi group.
The source added that "Israel recently declined to target sites in Yemen at the request of the United States."
The airport authority in Israel announced on Sunday the resumption of the movement of navigation at Ben Gurion Airport after a short stop due to a missile fired from Yemen near it.
A spokesman for the airport authority said in a brief statement, "Bays and landing operations were resumed naturally, Ben Gurion Airport is open and works as usual.
Several people were slightly injured on Sunday as a result of the fall of the missile in Bustan near Ben Gurion Airport.
Israeli channel 13 stated that all takeoffs and landing operations were stopped at the airport for a while, pointing to the stopping of the movement of trains and the closure of the airport entrances.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation had quoted security officials, on Saturday, as saying that the main reason behind Israel did not carry out counter -attacks against the Houthis is due to the "efficiency of American operations."
The sources confirmed that the American forces are accurately targeting the leadership complexes, weapons warehouses, and their manufacturing facilities, as well as sites belonging to the group members.
She pointed out that the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army informed the leadership that the year 2025 would be devoted to focusing on combat operations in the Gaza Strip, in a sign of rearranging the priorities of the army within the current security strategy.
