The execution of the ruling came based on the ruling of the Sirah Court of First Instance, which was sentenced to convicted the accused, Youssef Salem, who is the murder of the victim, Amr Mohamed Hizam, and attempted murder for the victim, Nayef Mohamed Abdel Rahman Obaid, who is supported by the Aden Court of Appeal, and is located from the Supreme Court of the Republic, and after the Presidential Command Council approved the completion of the implementation procedures, and based on the public prosecutor’s order to implement the ruling to implement In response to the request of the parents of blood in conducting legal retribution by the murderer of their inheritance, in implementation of God Almighty’s saying: (And you have a life in retribution, my first people, so that you may fear).

During the implementation, the saints of blood were entitled to pardon or accept the religion, but they insisted on implementing the ruling of retribution, and after that the verdict was recited by Judge Mustafa Salah Ibrahim.

The implementation of the ruling was attended by the head of the Appeal Prosecution South Aden, Judge Waddah Badib, in addition to the representative of the Prosecutor of Judge Hani Aman, the Undersecretary of the Central Prosecution Prosecution, Judge Nasser Mudhash, Deputy Director of the Central Prison Imad Rashad, and a number of security leaders and blood guardians.
