Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Tami Bruce, said in a press statement, “Today, Washington imposed sanctions on an international network that facilitates the shipment of millions of barrels of Iranian crude oil, worth billions of dollars to China, on behalf of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces and its façade (SEPEHR ERERGY).
She added, "The revenues of these sales are used in developing ballistic missiles and running planes, the spread of nuclear weapons, and the support of Iran's terrorist agents, including the Houthi attacks on shipping ships in the Red Sea.
