New Houthi procedures for drivers of transport trucks in Hodeidah

Houthi militia imposed new measures on heavy transport truck drivers in Al Hudaydah Governorate by imposing high financial fees under the pretext of developing Tihama.
Local sources said that the militias forced every truck that passes through the transport office in Hodeidah to pay at least 18 thousand riyals per day, go directly to the account of the General Authority for the Development of Tihama.
According to the sources, the authority, which is under the control of the Houthi administration, does not exercise any real development role, but rather its capabilities to serve the militia agenda by organizing sectarian activities and processions, away from any tasks related to development or the development of the region.
