The Saudi ambassador discusses with the European Union mission to support the Yemeni government and promote stability

The Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Muhammad Al Jaber, said that he discussed with the European Union mission and other ambassadors of the situation in the country, and the developments of the attacks in the Red Sea.
This came during his meeting with the head of the European Union mission to Yemen, and the ambassadors of European countries in the Kingdom and Yemen at the mission headquarters in Riyadh.
Al -Jaber confirmed that the meeting was fruitful about the developments of the Red Sea events and humanitarian and relief challenges in Yemen.
He explained that they discussed ways of continuing joint support for the government, alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people, and achieving peace and stability in the country.
stressed the importance of coordinating international efforts to support the political process and respond to humanitarian needs.
This comes in light of developments in the region, especially the escalation in the Red Sea and the ongoing American strikes on a number of governorates.
On the other hand, the head of the Command Council, Rashad Al -Alimi, warned that the waterways will remain a focus of permanent tension with the continued control of the Houthi militia over its routine areas, its explicit solidarity with the terrorist organizations inside Yemen, and the African century.
During his meeting in Riyadh, the Ambassador of the United States of America "Stephen Wagin" and the French Ambassador "Catherine Kamoun" said that there is an urgent need for a regional and international strategic partnership with the Yemeni government to secure waterways, and to face common challenges at all levels.
The conversation also touched on the required economic support from the international community to improve the position of the national currency and basic services.
