The start of the exchange of 15 million Saudi riyals as a recovered amount of Hajj season 1445 AH

The Yemeni Ministry of Endowments and Guidance announced today, Wednesday, May 7, 2025 AD, the start of the process of delivering the recovered amounts to the pilgrims of Yemen for the Hajj season 1445 AH, which has a total value of 15 million Saudi riyals.
The ministry clarified, in a statement issued by the Minister of Awqaf and Guidance, Muhammad Aida, a youth, that the delivery process is carried out through Al -Qutaibi Bank, according to an organized and transparent mechanism that guarantees the amounts of the amounts due to the hands of each pilgrim.
Minister Shabiba emphasized that this step comes in fulfillment of the promise made by the ministry in front of the pilgrims of Yemen in the holy sites, and to crown its efforts in reviewing and evaluating the service contracts provided to the pilgrims during the last season. He pointed out that the recovered amounts represent the value of services that were not provided or not fully implemented due to the limited time.
The Minister of Endowments and Guidance reiterated the Ministry's full commitment to protecting pilgrims ’money and ensuring their rights, stressing the advancement in promoting transparency and accountability in all procedures related to Hajj and Umrah, which reflects a responsible institutional image and worthy of confidence.
The Minister also praised the fruitful cooperation of brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facilitating these measures and their constant keenness to care for pilgrims and ensuring their rights.
At the conclusion of the statement, the Minister thanked all workers in the Hajj and Umrah sector and all the cadres working in the Ministry for their efforts, follow -up, commitment and dedication to accomplishing this important step.
