Al -Mahra Governor chairs an exceptional meeting to discuss the electricity crisis in the governorate and approve a number of treatments

His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ali Yasser, Governor of Al -Mahra Governorate, presided over an exceptional meeting to discuss the electricity outage crisis witnessed by the governorate as a result of the large collapse of the local currency exchange rate, increased loads during the summer, and the lack of revenues.
During the meeting, which was attended by - Secretary General of Al -Mahra, Mr. Salem Abdullah Nimer, the governorate’s agents, Mr. Muhammad Sada’i, Mr. Muhammad Mohsen Rafea, Professor Badr Kalashat, Engineer Awad Quezan, Professor Zine El Abidine Bin Khudam, Professor Khadija Bakrit, Director General of the Oil Company in the governorate, Engineer Mohsen Balf, Director General Yasser is the interest of the local authority and its sensing of the suffering of citizens due to the electricity crisis, noting that all the capabilities available to overcome this crisis during the summer.
The governor also reviewed the results of his recent visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which came within the framework of following up the needs of the province from fuel, in addition to discussing a number of projects with His Excellency the President of the Presidential Command Council, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al -Alimi, and His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Prime Minister, Mr. Salem bin Brik.
The Governor bin Yasir pointed out that the leadership of the local authority is respectful of freedom of opinion and expression, stressing that it is a right guaranteed for all citizens, and that the security services and the police will play their role in protecting citizens and institutions, and will not be lenient with any sabotage that threatens security and stability.
His Excellency the Governor approved the recent measures taken by the local council, based on the recommendations of the Executive Office, which aims to provide the necessary fuel to operate electricity during the coming period.
