It is likely that “some temporary restrictions are accepted on certain aspects of fertilization such as quantity, level or ability, with the aim of building confidence and during a specific period of time, as happened in the past, but the basic principle of fertilization is not a negotiation.”

He pointed out that "in contentious issues, the two parties today are closer to each other, and a better understanding of each party has been achieved," noting that "Iran's positions are completely transparent, and they are clear and understandable to the opposite party", and he expressed his hope "to witness greater progress in the negotiating path in the future."
The Iranian minister continued, saying: "Unfortunately, contradictory positions are raised by American officials, especially in the media and public opinion, and this behavior does not help the path of negotiation, but rather penetrates it."
He stressed that “the issue was one of the main axes in the last round of talks.
