An attack on Aden Traffic Director causes a traffic strike and sufficiency in the city streets

The capital, Aden, witnessed, today, a traffic congestion in its streets after the Director General of the Sir, Brigadier Adnan Al -Qalaa and his companions were attacked in the Al -Arish area of the Khormakser district, by soldiers affiliated with the Special Forces camp, which led to their detention before they were released later.
According to security sources, the incident started when the traffic officers stopped a vehicle belonging to a relative of the Special Forces Commander, Brigadier Fadl Ashi, which prompted soldiers from the camp to detain two traffic personnel while they were returning from work, to later call the dean of the castle.
Upon his arrival to inquire about the incident, he was surprised by the surrounding of his car by six military crews, and he and his companions were subjected to physical assault with guns.
The incident sparked a widespread wave of condemnation, as the traffic police in Aden announced a comprehensive strike in protest against what it described as a "blatant attack", which caused suffocating traffic jams in a number of the city's streets.
The Traffic Police Department said, in a statement published on its official page, that "what happened represents a flagrant attack on the law and the state and its security institutions, and that it is not permissible to remain silent about these violations." The security leadership and the local authority, represented by the governor of Aden Ahmed Hamid, called for a male to stand with the resolution and restriction of the Director of the Traffic Police and his companions.
For its part, the Special Forces Command denied the authenticity of the attack, confirming that what happened was just a routine security action to ensure the identities of the facility of the traffic manager, and they were released as soon as their identities were verified.
The incident witnessed a great interaction by the people of Aden and the citizens who expressed their full solidarity with the dean of the castle, stressing that the accountability of the aggressors is the only way to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.
